Montei family: My thoughts and prayers are with each of you. We rejoice over the life of service and love JoEllen gave to our community. Her care and concern for children, young people and families in general was evident in her personal involvement and support. I first met her when she chaired the Berwick PTA, joined her voice in song at Christ Church and appreciated her being supportive of the work of Planned Parenthood. Your loss is felt by many. Sincere sympathy, prayers of comfort, love and hugs.
