I was saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Ackerman. I was Attorney for the Ohio Department of Health during Dr. Ackerman's time as Director, and enjoyed immensely working with him. He was very bright, with a dry sense of humor. RIP

John and Jeannie were very important neighbors for many years. We were sorry to move away from them, but grateful that you, Mary, have kept in touch with us through the years. We thought a lot of your whole family and cherish the memories. I hope John had a peaceful passing. God bless you all.
