My dear uncle,
There is no amount of words that can express the way that I am feeling. I first want to say thank you for playing the father role in the first years of my life. You've taught me a lot in my life. I promise to be there for your children the way that you were there for me. I love and miss you.

When I relocated to Columbus John was my handy man in my first apartment. I'll always remember his smiles & laughs. He would call me Le-lee (my family name) which meant a lot. Always seen him in great spirits. Will be missed until that great day! Love you cousin...
