I was John's tenant in the apartment across Oakwood Avenue from the Textile Care Laundromat for a couple of years in the mid-80s. I fondly remember him as conscientious, hardworking landlord. He was a good man. Blessings on the family and may the memory of him bring a smile to your faces.
