Carla and Dimples,

There is nothing I can say that will lessen your grief during this period. I can only say that Joy was a major part of my growing up. She was like a big sister. I always thought she was so pretty. I still have those thoughts now. I will always remember her smile and the happy time the Cheek family had at Christmas, due to her presence.I can still hear one of my kids saying "Here comes Aunt" Joy".I bet Mama or one of the Scott kids in eternity said lovingly, "Here comes Joy". I hope that when my time comes they'll greet me with the same affection. - Remember God is still walking with you.

Carolyn and Carla,

We will always remember Aunt Joy's enthusiasm and zest for life. Watching and listening to her and Roxie at family dinners was always fun.

I'm sure that this is a difficult time for you and you have our prayers.

Love,

Fern & children (Austin, Scott and Alexis)
