Keith was a wonderful Attorney. Always sincere and concerned... putting service first before the dollar! I was always so thankful to see him appointed to cases I was working with. ETERNAL REST GRANT UNTO KEITH, O LORD, AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON HIM... MAY HIS MEMORY BE ETERNAL...and may Almighty God Bless his family and give them peace...

We all would be better off if we possessed the humility that blessed and personified the life of Keith Boger.
He was very serious about his concern for the well being of those in his orbit and the world in general. Yet, he did so in a way that was not confrontational, touched the hearts and and souls of all.
His humor was contagious, well directed and more often than not, directed at himself.
Keith even faced his cancer with self-directed humor, telling my wife Dolly and me one day that , "things are not so bad, I can wear a bandanna to court and they cannot say anything about it!!!"
We all would benefit to live our lives as Keith did his. The world would be a better place.
Take care my friend and rest in peace. You did your part for yours and all the rest of us.

I marched in the Marion Cadets with Keith in 72, 73 and 74. Those were some of the best years of my life and our fellow corpsmen too. Keith was always so funny and was a genuinely nice person. He will be missed by all whom he touched. Sincere sympathy to his family and close friends. Linda (Peto) Dew

Keith worked at the Board of Elections on Election night as often as possible, and he had a keen sense of public service. We will miss his presence. Please accept my sincere sympathy of your great loss.

I was hoping against hope that this wouldn't eventually happen to Keith and his family. I'm so sorry to probably have to miss the gathering tomorrow. If so, my thoughts will be with you.
Blythe, there aren't words to express how much fun it was to be around Keith in high school, which was when I got to know him. Hey, wait, maybe there are: fun loving, rebel, wicked smart, and sometimes just wicked naughty! Our In The Know team spent as much time amusing each other as practicing. It was great to see both of you from time to time, hard to accept that won't happen again.
Hugs to you, Kathy Smith Ripper

Keith was an amazing mentor to many people, but his example is what stands out in my mind. Keith always put the people around him first. He was an amazing listener. Although I would see Keith in many contexts, it was his volunteer time he spent behind the desk at Smith Elementary that I most enjoyed. We would share stories of our children, explore the curiosities on our thoughts for the day and laugh! He walked to school everyday to volunteer from his office, he rarely missed a day. He could have been anywhere, but he chose to plant himself humbly behind the desk helping students and families. Our Delaware fabric will never be the same and we have an example to follow that will not be lost on me! To all the family, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Eileen Duffy and family.

Sorry to hear of Keith's passing. My memory of Keith was informing some of the former athletes from the class of 1974 that Keith is someone that can play the game as we got together to play basketball before a class reunion.

So Keith stepped on the Tie-Dyed Rainbow and is now going to hang with Jerry. I miss our friendship we had in the 80s and 90s. We went to concerts and ballgames together and played Sunday B-ball for many years. I considered him a brother.

I remember President Obama commenting on how much one learns when playing basketball with someone. This was my (nearly every) Sunday morning with Keith. I came to have great memories of his heart, his parenting, his drive, his graciousness, and his respect for his teammates, as well as his opponents. In the decades after basketball, it was his friendly wave and huge smile that I came to count on anytime I'd see him on the streets of Delaware. I will miss him.

My wife, Nora, and I offer our deepest condolences to Keith's family. My wife taught Keith's and Blythe's son in school here in Delaware. I had the pleasure of interacting with Keith as a professional colleague when I moved to Delaware in 2012 and enjoyed talking with him. He was kind, respectful and made me feel welcome in this community. He will be terribly missed, but never forgotten. He was a good person and all his friends, family members, and colleagues should be proud of him and we are better off for him being a part of our lives.
