Kenneth Petry Obituary
Kenneth H. Petry, 98, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2019. He was born in 1920 in Piqua, Ohio. He served in World War II and received the bronze star. He worked for the Ohio Bell Telephone Co for 42 years and retired in 1983. He is preceded in death by his father Forrest H. Petry, mother Emma (Elicker) Swinger, son David Paul, brothers Ralph "Everett" Petry and Raymond Petry. He is survived by his son, Michael (Diane Sibole) Petry; daughter-in-law, Nanci (Morris) Petry; grandchildren, David Petry, Jennifer Petry, Shawn (Kristi Ewald) Petry and Chad (Karlie Allen) Petry; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Sierra, Andrew, and 3 week old Rylan. Friends may call Friday from 6-8pm at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St, Worthington, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10 am with entombment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
