To JoAnne, Scott and Ann,

I heard about Kim's death through friends in Ft. Worth. I am so very sorry for your family's loss.

Though our paths went in very different directions over 25 years ago, I always thought of Kim and had wanted only good to come into his life. He was a very kind man and I will remember him in that way.

Kim was loved by so many people and his music brought joy to hundreds.

Please accept my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

Kim will always have a place in my heart. His Whiteboard Fence, smile, wink, & talent was generously shared with all who knew him. He was a bright shinning star for many years of my life & I think of him often. Prayers to his family. We will all miss him but are grateful we touched shoulders with Kim.

Kim was the life of the party. I hired Kim for many years for our Annual Railroad Day Celebration, and in the middle of the hot, Texas, summer, would be that bright shining face and melodic voice of Kim. He was a great friend, outstanding performer, and a true Texan (doesn't matter where he was born.)
