LaToya Wheeler Obituary

Wheeler LaToya Karisma Wheeler, age 32, of Columbus, OH went home to be forever with the Lord on October 28, 2014 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital with Otis Payne lovingly by her side. She is preceded in death by her mother Linda Sparks and infant daughter India. LaToya is survived by her loving children, Karizma, Michaela, Mekhi and Dakari; boyfriend, Otis Payne; her father, Benjamin Wheeler; sisters; grandmother; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, November 4th at 6 p.m. at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1621 Francisco Rd., Columbus, OH 43221. Funeral arrangements by Day and Manofsky Funeral Service of Gahanna

Dear Wheeler Family: We, the parents in Compassionate Friends send you our heartfelt condolences, we know that you are heartbroken by this terrible loss. Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. In Columbus, we meet monthly to support each other in our grief and love of our children. Our meetings are from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Rd, Columbus, OH 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us; we will welcome you with open arms and love into this wonderful group of parents who share your grief.
