Leon Drake Obituary

DRAKE Leon Drake, age 62, was born September 8, 1948. He passed Monday, April 4, 2011, at OSU East Hospital. Retired from Buckeye Steel Casting Co. after 30 years of service. Preceded in death by mother Pharisee Drake, cousin Robert "Big Bob" Drake, special friend Earlene Ross. Survived by children, Adrienne (Wallace) Jones of Birmingham, AL, and Nicholas (Sonja) Dill of Columbus, OH; ex-wife and loving friend, Ann Drake; special cousin, Catherine Bostic; special friends, Darlene Lipsey and Mike Fairwell; host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Service Monday, April 11, 2011, Living Faith Apostolic Church, 2177 Mock Road, Bishop Edgar A. Posey, Officiating. Viewing will begin at 11 a.m., followed by the service at 12 noon. Interment Evergreen Burial Park. Professional services entrusted to the WAYNE T. LEE FUNERAL SERVICE (614)253-7944.
