Having grown up on Aster Avenue, I am very familiar with Lucky Store. We have bought many shoes and clothes there and have never found another store like it. Bill was one of the founders of Firestone Park Citizens Council and worked closely with Leonard. We admired Leonard and have fond memories of the time we spent with him.

I was so sorry to hear of Leonard's passing. I have such fond memories of shopping at Lucky's on Aster Ave. with my mother. Both Leonard and Shirlee will be missed.
