Lisa Pack Obituary

PACK Lisa M. Pack, age 44, passed away August 19, 2010, at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. She was born November 23, 1965. Preceded in death by daughter Amber, and a grandson Jacob. Survived by her husband, of 26 years, Kenny Pack; parents, Tom and Joyce Freeman; daughters, Kendra (Jason) Culley, and Rachel Pack; grandmothers, Tinnie Pack and Kale Freeman; brother, Tommy; sister, Deborah (Mike) Holycross; uncle, Larry; and aunt, Corkey; nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends may call at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, Groveport, Ohio Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Pentacostal Church of God, 1100 Obetz Rd. Monday 2 p.m. Pastor Mark Hatfield officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
