Lois Graber

GRABER Lois Graber, 93, of Columbus, formerly of Upper Arlington, died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Kobacker House. She was born October 30, 1918 in Delano, Minnesota to the late Oscar Bruno and Josephine Hildebrandt. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her husband Gordon, daughter Judith Graber Tracy, grandchildren Robert French and Kimberly Tracy LaBate and sister Dorothy Alanko. Lois will be missed by her loving daughters, Jan French and Pat (Tom) Laudick; grandchildren, Eric (Maryclare) Tracy, John Scott French, Robert "Bink" Laudick, and Julie Laudick; great-grandchildren, Maddie LaBate and Genevieve and Gordon Tracy; son-in-law, Dr. Charles (Mary Young) Tracy; and nephews, Bert (Jill) Alanko and Bob Alanko. Lois retired as a secretary in the Systems Engineering Dept. at OSU. She was a member of First Community Church where she was a longtime volunteer at the Trading Post. Lois was also a member of the OSU Golf Club and the Garden Club. She has considered the Trillium Place home for the past ten years, where she was very active and on the Resident Council. Lois loved golfing, playing bridge and scrabble. She had a positive attitude, a lot of friends, and was loved by all. A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, June 24, 2012 from 1-1:30 p.m. followed by a reception with friends until 3 p.m. at Trillium Place, 3500 Trillium Crossing, Columbus. Rev. James M.
