Lucille O. Farrell

Farrell Lucille O. Farrell, age 94, of Columbus, went home for an eternity of perfection with her Creator on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Born February 13, 1922 in Chicago to the late Charles and Polly (Gronek) Obricki. She was retired from a 36 year nursing career. Preceded in death by her husband John Thomas Farrell, Sr. in 1994, son John Thomas Farrell, Jr. in 2011, son-in-law Dean Henderson and brothers Edward Obricki and the Rev. Msgr. Tom Obricki. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Henderson; son, Brian Farrell; and grandson, Matthew T. Henderson; and his wife, Mandy Bowling. Friends may visit 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 550 Hill Road N. (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington, where a memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday.
