Marcella Taylor Obituary

Taylor Marcella Louise Taylor, age 87, of Canal Winchester, OH, died October 23, 2016. She was born March 5, 1929 in Stoutsville, OH to the late Charles and Ethel Conrad. Marcella was a 1946 graduate of South High. A loving and devoted wife and mother, her "gift of hospitality" was enjoyed by everyone she knew. Marcella and Gale enjoyed many adventures together traveling around the world. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Ann Taylor and siblings Darlene Azar-Rubinoff, Charles Conrad Jr., David Conrad and Elda Buxton. Survivors include her loving husband of 67 years, Gale Taylor, owner of Taylor & Sons Equip. Co. in Canal Winchester; children, Linda Henry (Kevin) Boving, Marcena Reeves, Gregory (Cindy) Taylor, Larry (Janine) Taylor and Jerry Taylor; nine grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; siblings, Gloria (Ernie) Metz, Nancy Conrad and Janet (Chuck) Rees; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, at David's United Church of Christ, 80 W. Columbus St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Interment at Union Grove Cemetery.
