Phyllis, Philip, Ricky, Stacey and family, we understand the deep sorrow you feel because of the loss of your mother. Sister McNeely was a jewel and your loss is great. She was a compassionate social worker, and showed love to all those in need. She was kind to children and generous to those that were in need. She was an astonishing business woman and was a faithful employee. She was a beautiful woman and was remarkable in all that she did. She was a Christian and was a woman who knew how to pray. She believed in justice and showed us how to stand up for what is right and true. She was faithful to her church and was so, so sweet! There was nothing that she would not try or could not do and she loved you all greatly.

Such a full life, and a life fulfilled. We will truly miss her for a season-- but will see her again. "For the godly who die will rest in peace." Isaiah. 57:2. -
