I was telling my wife, Denise, just yesterday about Mike. I remember on family reunions he would play his guitar and some one would sing. Fond memories! I wish everyone the best and God Bless.

My son Mike was a great person and a great son. As you may know, Mike was fantastic with a computer. He was my mentor in that respect. He was my friend, my fishing partner. And a whole lot more. No one will miss him more than I will. When I first wrote this it was about 5:30 in the morning and about the time he would call just checking on me to see if I was all right. I keep expecting the phone to ring.
Two pictures one the last time the family got together November 30.2007 ( Me, Chris, Becki and Mike). The other picture is the last time Mike and I went fishing. The fishing trip was his birthday day present. We took our limit.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Mike's passing from my brother Neil. I still remember the day Neil called me and told me that they'd finally found the missing puzzle piece when they reconnected with Mike and that all of the guys were looking forward to seeing him this year. I remember back in the late 70's and early 80's when the guys (Mike, Neil, Mike Wilson, Jack and Kelly) would all come over to hang out at the apartment my sister, Tina, and I shared. Mike was so funny and sweet and we had lots of good times back in those days. My deepest sypathies to his family and close friends. You'll all be in my thoughts and prayers.

I will miss my brother dearly. He was a very funny and intelligent man. Throughout the years he was my confidant and protector. I know he knew how much his family and friends loved him and will miss him. Jack, Mike and Ken - it was good to hear that you all had made plans to be together again. I know that you guys always meant alot to him.

Oh Dear G*D make it easier for you. I feel the pain and the loss, as well as the hope and the Peace that I know your son feels like my only daughter. You helped me in time of sadness of my only child passing. I can only cry at this moment of understanding. I send you gentle hugs to ease the pain.
Tears pour forth and prayers are beheld.

This came as a shock to me! I along with other friends had just re-connected with MIke. We were planning to get together this year at our annual reunion of childhood friends. He was a great friend while growing up in Gahanna. He will be missed!

Mike was a gentle spirit with a giving heart. He was one of the brightest and best...no one was funnier. He was a selfless source of strength and support to me; I hope he knew that. I never expected my little brother to leave before me.
Jack and Mike: Thank you for remembering Mike for the laughter he created wherever he went; he was one funny guy. I know he loved you guys.
Please keep all of us in your prayers, for I still cannot fathom this world without Mike in it.

Mike was a very good friend of mine. It was so great to hear that he would be joining our next reunion of close friends. I guess I didn't realize that it's been almost thirty years since our paths last crossed. All of his old Gahanna buddies thought and spoke of him often. We were looking forward to sharing much laughter and talk of old times. My deepest sympathy to Mike's family and friends. Thanks for all the great times and memories, my friend... maybe somewhere on the other side of this life...

Mike was my great friend. He and I were just talking recently about getting together in the spring with our friends from Gahanna. All of us were so looking forward to the reunion. I will miss him terribly. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Cannon family, Pat and Chris and Becky. I have spoken to many of Mike's old friends today, much tears and sorrow. But as we remembered our Michael Cannon, we laughed too, for that is the main thing that happened whenever any of us were together. He made us laugh. Mike was and always will be my great friend.

This comes as a real shock, as I just re-established contact with Mike. He was a special friend with whom I shared a lot of great times with. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Cannon family at this time.
