Michael E. Foody

Foody Michael E. Foody, age 83, of Columbus, passed away at home on February 13, 2015. Michael served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years. He retired from BF Goodrich and use to work at Vintage Wine and was a lifetime member of Firefighters VFW 3426. Preceded in death by parents Edmund and Maybelle Foody and sister Betty Hires. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, L. Joyce Foody; children, Yolanda Miller, Edward (Cheryl) McCoy, and David (Terrisa) McCoy; grandchildren, Justin (Julia), Trevis Jr., Tiffany, Zachary, James, Emaleigh, Ryan, Tonya, Timothy, Christopher, Justin, Nathan, Brandon, Mason, Hayli, Irelyn, Drayden, and Kendyl; nieces and nephews. To all that know him loved him and he loved his family. Visitation Sunday, February 15, 2015 from 1-5 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Monday 10 a.m. Rev. Philip Whitfield officiating. Interment with military honors to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be directed to OhioHealth Hospice.
