SCHIEFER Nathalia Schiefer, age 86, of Upper Arlington, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at her residence. Kathy, Bob and the rest of the family:
I'm saddened to hear of your mom's passing. Tally sure had spunk and she was always so sweet when I spoke with her. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time for your family. Although it won't lessen your grief, rest assured, she is now among the angels.
With Love,

I met Tally through Katie when I cut hair. I always felt like I was entertaining a friend and the haircut was just on the side.

I teased her every time she came in,- unmercifully sometimes- and she always laughed and let me have my fun. She felt like family to me, just as Katie does.

I called her " NA-TALL-YA , with a "Boris Bad-enuff" accent....... anything to get her to laugh.

I am praying for the Lord to give you guys peace through this time.

Dear Schiefer Family:

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.

I am reminded of two quotes that assisted me when my Dad died in 2005:

"A time to mourn, and a time to dance." -Ecclesiastes 3:4

O Holy One, comfort all who grieve today. Hold them close till they can once again make the choice for life. Then let the dance begin!

Many people will tell you that over time your grieving will lessen and it will get better...my experience is that it does not get better but the joyous memories that you have with your Mother will become very precious and will comfort you in the days to come.

All our love The Fisher Family: Rick, Bobbie, Cindy and Doug
