Philip Koprowski, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He was born on September 8, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Leonard and Patricia (Burrows) Koprowski. Phil worked for J.J. Hammond Co. and was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Koprowski and mother, Patricia Koprowski. Phil is survived by his sister, Diana (Delbert) Stiffler; niece and nephews, Warren (Danielle Stollings) Stiffler, Nick (Caitlin) Porterfield, Eric (Marissa) Porterfield, Maxwell Stiffler, Christine (Kevin) Thomas, Sean (Kari Spicer) Porterfield and great-niece, Amelia Porterfield. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Visit www.schoedinger.com to leave a condolence or a special memory of Phil.
