As I write this , Aunt Frances has followed Uncle Ray in the Last journey. He was a no-nonsense man in the Downing tradition as I remember his stories and talks about things as they should be. Mother loved him dearly. His and Aunt Frances' house was my favorite to visit as a child. Quite a family they both raised. And hospitality was the best. See you again some day.

Dear Aunt Francie and family,
I'm very sorry to hear of great uncle Ray's passing. I will always have fond memories of his "enthusiastic" euchre games at our family reunions! Perhaps the reason I've never actually learned to play the game :) May you find peace and comfort in your many memories during this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. ~Susan & Randy
