Bishop Trout was my Pastor while I was stationed in the Marines at Camp Pendleton in 1987-1991.
We would drive 80 miles for church services at North Park.
Thank you for countless messages that I Live by 33 years later, that have kept me Anchored in the Lord Jesus Christ...
I'm just seeing this memorial and wanted to share with others the Great Impact you have had on my life.....

I thank God for giving me a spiritual family to lean on when my natural family isn't able to encourage me in the lord. I know our heavenly father will mend and console your hearts replacing any sadness that you may feel with sweet memories that never fade. May God continue to strengthen, guide and support the Trout family during this time. Mother, you and Bishop have been my one and only pastor and church since I moved here to GA in 1997. Bishop's example showed me what a real pastor should be so I can't settle for less. His genuine love and support will never be forgotten. Bishop Trout and Sister Talesa: I'm sorry to hear of your father's passing. You held me up and kept me encouranged when my sister, Kimberly, passed away. Not long after, my father passed away. Though many thought our family was hit hard with the passing of two family members in such a short time, I continued to make it by listening to what you reminded me that the Scripture tells us. we were saddened to hear of Bishop Trouts passing. The impact of his life upon ours has no way to be expressed. The word he put down in us is yet keeping us today. We preach and teach the same gospel he taught to us that brought us out of darkness into this marvelous light!We were so glad we got to see him this past August, and prayed with him and though he was frail the spirit yet moved. As I set here, teary eyed because of the loss of this great man, I will never forget the impact of his preaching that caused me to seek out this man who was preaching Jesus so hard that the anointing came through the radio wave and thus I became a member of NPAC. Early in my ministry and my saved life, Bishop Trout taught me things that I needed to know. He would have me go with him to visit sick and shut in. Bishop Trout has left an awesome legacy in Columbus, Ohio and other areas that have had the honor & privilege of being touched by his ministry. We truly celebrate the life of Uncle Ray as we praise God for lending him to us for a short period of time to fulfill his purpose in God. He has truly left a wonderful legend behind and his life reflected the life of Jesus Christ! He can declare like Paul, in II Tim 4:7 'I have fought a good fight, I have I have finished my course,I have kept the faith; Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day'. So we honor God in this day of celebration. We know that there is a celebration in heaven as my daddy, Leroy and Uncle Ray, Uncle Nelson, grandma and grandpa reunite (wow), what a good time!
According to Ps 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. He is your sustainer, and the Holy Spirit shall bear your infirmities. We love you and are in prayer with the family.
