Our Dear Uncle Richard! You are loved and will be missed tremendously! I could always count on you for sage advice and to speak with determination! You introduced my Nana and I to Church in Columbus and that changed our lives! Rest In Heaven

I'm sad to hear about the passing of a good friend and co worker from the City of Columbus Refuse collection, Mr. Tarrant was one of the corner stones of this Department for many of year. He was a person of strong character and great respect, i will miss my friend, as will the Department of Refuse collection. God knows best and always takes the best people first, continue to trust in God and he will see you thru.
God Bless, Al Bohanan
