Robert "Bob" L. Dodridge, 78, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Bob was born October 15, 1942 in Lucasville, Ohio to the late Arnold and Opal Dodridge. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired as a forklift operator from Sears Logistics in 2012. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Dodridge, step son Chris Daniels, four brothers Don, Dave, Gerald and John Dodridge and three sisters Joanne Dodridge, Anna Lucas and Lois McElwee. Bob enjoyed watching Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State football and basketball games. He loved animals, working on cars, fishing, the outdoors and helping others. Bob is survived by his daughter, Kim (Ken) Van Tassel; grandchildren, Tara (Chris) Kasson and Skye Daniels; great grandson, Lyriq Kasson; siblings, Jim (Rowena) Dodridge, Nancy (Tim) Bost, Linda (Kelly) Agin, Eva Robbins, Randy (Sherry) Dodridge, Debbie (Malcolm) Schoener; and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Schoedinger Grove City on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 5-8pm. A private service will be held for Bob. Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
