Dear Susie and family. It was with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of Bob. We will miss Bob so much up at Bar Harbor. He always met us with a smile, even our dog Molly. We appreciate Bob's friendship and kindness for all those years at the lake. Most sincerely, Bill and Sharon Zimlich

It's been years since I last communicated with Bob or brother Larry, but my thoughts and prayers go the family. I was indeed saddened when I read of his passing. What a great guy and I know he's leaving a big void in the world.

Susie,
We just heard the news about Bob. Last night Katie, Candi and I were reminiscing about all of you. What wonderful friends and neighbors you all were, and especially our wonderful time all together in Cayman - stingray swimming, boating, phytoplankton watching with the kids, and great conversation. Robert adds his deepest sympathies as well. We will toast Bob on the beach tonight. We love you and care deeply for you and all the kids. We hold you in our hearts.

Bob was a kind, generous and funny man. My family enjoyed many fun times with Bob at Lake Erie and other places.
My thoughts and prayers are with Susi and his entire family. His light will be missed.

Susi,
Bob had a positive, joyful attitude and the most generous spirit. He was a fixture at Bar Harbor. It will not be the same without his presence. We are so sorry for your loss.

Truly an amazing person. I worked for Bob for over 27 years and was always treated with such kindness. Bob's wit and sense of humor always kept me laughing too. I still can not believe I will never see his sweet face walk into the office again or hear him tease me about one of our many ongoing jokes. I am so BLESSED to have worked for one of the greatest guys ever and I will never forget him. My prayers are with his dear family whom he loved and adored so very much. May God wrap his arms around you all and hold you tight through this difficult time.

Susie, you have been on my mind and in my prayers since last Wednesday. How blessed we were to become your neighbor 8 years ago. Great memories at the lake, and on the boat. So glad I had dinner with you both in November. Please let me know what we can do for you. Love you beyond words.

Maybe 20 years ago Bob was in the Plant and came back to the sheet metal dept., he came over and put his arm around me and told me he was glad to see I was still with the company. One thing about all the Liebert family, they all told you how much they appreciated your efforts for the success of the company. My family was truly blessed by me working there for almost 30 years.
Our prayers go out to the whole family at this time.
God Bless

I was working in the Cayman Islands in the late 80's and ran into Bob. He invited me to dinner with him and his wife. After dinner we went back to his condo and talk for about an hour. One of the nicest men I have ever met. He didn't know me and went out of his way to show kindness. I have never forgotten that night. To me, this says a lot about this man and his character. Prayers for his family at this time.

Bob is the nicest guy I ever worked for. We met in the mid 1970's and worked together for several decades. His last gift to me was a call inviting me to The Bluestone to get reacquainted with an old friend of mine, Dwight Yoakam. Very thoughtful of Bob. Great memories from working with Bob. Prayers to his family.
