Robert Meister Obituary

MEISTER Robert "Bob" W. Meister, 89, of North Fort Myers, FL, passed away on October 21, 2006. Born in Amanda, OH to Samuel and Mamie (Roberts) Meister, he was a longtime resident of OH, where he was employed by both Curtis Wright and Rockwell where he worked in the Experimental Development Division. Bob moved to Sabal Springs Golf and Racquet Club in North Fort Myers, FL in the early 1990's where he enjoyed the sunny FL lifestyle whether he was golfing, swimming or sharing stories with his many friends. Preceded in death by his sister Dorothy Abbott (Neil). He is survived by his brother, Frank Meister (Marge); and sisters, Virginia Meister and Marjorie Creviston (Scott, deceased); his loving nephews and nieces include: Michael Abbott (Jennifer), Marsha Gerhardt (Lenny), Marjean Ellam (Ken), Susan Hutton, Sally Creviston and Eric Meister. He will also be missed by his dear friend, Geneva Aide, and the extended Aide family. A celebration of his life took place in North Fort Myers, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Community Cooperative Ministries-Soup Kitchen," Fort Myers, FL or the "The Humane Society of the United States", 1-866-693-7436.
