I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We grew up together in Nelsonville, a wonderful person and a superior key board player.I don;t think he ever had a piano lesson, he was just a natural. Our thoughts are with all of the family.

We both were so saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I played with him on the road in the "Post Raisen Band" and my husband Yogi is a fellow B3 player. He was a great guy and a wonderful musician. He will be missed.

Bob was one of the best keyboard players ever. I had the pleasure of meeting him in the Castle, Bistro, & Studio V days. There were a lot of great all night jams. Please accept my deepest symapathy and prayers for your loss. I know he and Dickie Smith are jammin with the other guys now. You will be missed.

We will always remember Bob for the master musician he was. The rich sound that came from that beloved B3 was uniquely crafted by Bob Mohney. With a running left hand that drove without a drum and resonant blue tinged chords put together the way only he could do it, Bob compelled players and singers to re-create the song, to make it their own. I can still picture his straight-ahead stare as his mouth winced slightly, and his shoulder scrunched up to one ear while he leaned into the keys.
May the memories play on for family and friends.

I am saddened to hear of Bob’s passing and offer condolences and prayers for his family. Bob was a great guy to work with and an integral part of our band, entertainment, and fun at the Silver Dollar Saloon. Band members will remember Bob as the consummate musical talent and all fellow musicians, fans, and friends will cherish the memory of his music.

My wife Linda and I are saddened by Bob's death. Our Twilighter's reunion in 1988, 89 & 90 was a great joy to us all. Bob was the "talent" of the band, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him & appreciated his talent. Many musicians called Bob one of the greatest piano/keyboard players to ever come from Ohio. He joins Noel, Gene & Danny in a better place.
