LuAnn Sherwood Proper

March 4, 2019

I was a student of Roberta's at Johnson Park Junior High from 1963 to 1966. She was my favorite teacher and I always planned on going back to visit her and time escaped me. Many years later when I was doing my student teaching at Sherwood Middle School I was in hopes of reconnecting with her but I missed her once again. I married in 1976 and time once again escaped me when I had a family of my own. I recently decided I would take the time to reach out, only to find out I was too late. I am so sorry for your loss and only wish I would have not put off what I should have taken the time to do. The old saying don't put off until tomorrow for you may regret it when tomorrow is too late. My prayers are with you and your family. Sincerely LuAnn Sherwood ( AKA "Pumpkin" as she would call me in school)
