HEADLEE Roger Headlee, 74, lifelong resident of Dublin, OH, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Kobacker House. Born November 29, 1937. Veteran of U.S. Army. Retired from City of Dublin. Past Franklin County Agricultural Society Board Member. Speed Committee Chairman, Franklin County Fair. Member of VFW Post 3268 of Plain City, Urania Lodge #311 F&AM of Plain City, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #2236 of Hilliard. Enjoyed family, gardening, harness racing and all sports including the Buckeyes, the Browns, and all Dublin High School athletics. Avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman. Preceded in death by parents Earl and Bertha Headlee, brothers John, David, and Bill Headlee, sisters-in-law Wilma and Catherin Headlee. Survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Diane; children, Sherry Headlee, Susan (Bob) Caperna, Roger Scott (Gail) Headlee, and Terri (Mike) McGlothlin; grandchildren, Allyson, Michaela, Cole, and Rachel Caperna, Andrew and Adam Headlee, Kaylie and Ryan McGlothlin; brothers, Harold, George M. Lee (Barbara), Richard (Arlene), Charles (Margie), Wayne (Shelby) and Jim (Claudette) Headlee; sisters, Irma Jean (Jack) Extenkamper, Eula (Jack) Price, and Sharon (John) Shoemaker; sisters-in-law, Norma and Betty Headlee and Geneen Raine; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
