I also have great memories of our dear Rosemary, not only from lunch out just she & I and the annual supervisor dinners, but our talks of West Side & Bishop Ready High School Bingo Teams; Rosemary is the Ready Support mom who orgainzed and started the Bingo Fund Raiser! She was a great support when my younger to chidren ( now 35 & 36) were there & we had a couple friends in common outside of Taxation. She will be truly missed!

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of Rosemary. She and I met when she came to the Tax Department as a temporary employee. When they were able to finally talk her into working full time we became work colleagues. In fact, after Larry passed away, I called her to ask that she come back to work to help me out as a temporary supervisor…… she was so bright ; it was as if she never left. She was a loving Mother who took great pride in her children and grandchildren; she was a loving wife to Larry and to Jim. She was bright, sharp, funny, honest, faithful, great traveling companion and wonderful friend, who always had such interesting stories…..not to mention that smile. I remember on one of our “girl” trips we took Rosemary to Hooters in Chicago (getting her to Hooters wasn't even the funny part). She ordered the Three-Mile Island (extremely hot) wings. The waitress tried to talk her out of getting those wings…she wouldn't hear of it…..she threw that hand up and bravely said ….”Oh, you bring them and I will eat them”. Well, eat them she did… albeit nose running, sweating profusely, coughing and literally crying. We never laughed so hard in our entire lives. My heart aches for you and your family during this time. Rosemary was such an amazing person and she will truly be missed. With heartfelt sympathy,

I've known Rosemary since I was 6 years old. She was always kind and had a smile for everyone. My Mother was just talking about going over to her house with other women in the neighborhood for weekly get- togethers and coffee.
Our prayers are with the family and friends of Rosemary. Deepest Sympathy, Gay & Tom Cole
