Sally L. Kessler

Kessler Sally L. Kessler, age 78, passed away Sunday December 13, 2015 at Kobacker House. Loving mother and proud grandmother. Graduate of St. Joseph's Academy. Former member of Corpus Christi, St. Andrew's and St. Brendan's Parishes. Proud supporter of Bishop Watterson High School. Avid supporter of the TWIG Bazaar, benefiting Nationwide Children's Hospital. Formerly employed by Hallmark and Lombards Furniture. She was also an avid and successful bowler and swimmer. Preceded in death by husband John A. Kessler; parents James and Augusta Kavanaugh; brother James Kavanaugh; sister Shirley (James) Fenneman; and daughter-in-law Gladys Kessler. Survived by children, Kimberly (James) Tata, John Kessler, Deborah (Edward) Kravitz; grandchildren, Nickolas and Vincent Tata, Jack and Joseph Kessler, Katelyn Kravitz; great granddaughter, Adaleigh; brother, Thomas (Joyce) Kavanaugh; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends received Sunday 4-7 p.m. at the MAEDER-QUINT-TIBERI FUNERAL HOME, 1068 S. High St. Private service will be held Monday. Burial St. Joseph Cemetery.
