Hi Mom. Thinking of you with every passing adventure and experience as a mom, as a grandmother. I miss you so much, it's impossible to put into words how much I think back on the things I can relate with you, now that I'm older. I'm so lucky to have worked threw the hard stuff parenting, adult children. I'm super blessed to have my girls call me just to chat, sometimes all 3 in one day
Today was one of those days and I love that we all check on each other and always know when one of us is struggling. We all work together being there for each other.
Being a Grammy is the best part of my life too! My little Kenzie is 7weeks pregnant and I'm so excited to meet this new baby! Me, Ivonna, and Kenna are all super excited to have a new member in our small family. I wish you were here, selfishly, so I could share this with you. But, I know your watching over us all, with dad.
It's just me and crystal with all the grandbabies to share with each other. We are making time for each other and letting those babydolls have time with each other too.
Us girls are also in a good place with their dad's. Also...With the hope of the twins getting to know all their siblings, dad keeps making. Lol
Life is good.
Good or hard, I'm always wishing I had you to talk to again. That's hard sometimes but when I get it right, I only wanna talk to you then, too.

I'm thinking of you, my Beautiful Mother

Sorry to hear about Shirley 's passing. While I didn't truly know her, she was always sweet and interesting on Facebook. She was there for prayer and game requests. As well as comfort and congratulations. She was a nice person. I will miss her energy.

RIH Grandma, I will miss you dearly.
My very fondest memory was going to stay in the cabin with you and grandpa in Michigan and spending all day on the boat fishing and running the sand doons. And us watching all the deers come up to the window to eat. I remember that being the first time I saw deers that close. Ofcource I'll never forget going to elementary school that was right next to your house with Audrianna. Me and audrianna was always at your house everyday after school. You were always doimg crafts with us and making t-shirts for grandpa, and ppillowcases. And how can I forget neopets, all of us played neopets and had so much fun. Grandma I love you !! And I can't wait till we meet again someday but untill then I will hold my memories of you close to my heart! And always think you!

"If roses grow in heaven
Lord, Pleased pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Grandma's arms and tell her there from me.
Tell her that I love and miss her, then when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek,
And hold her for a while."
I remember seeing this poem about a week ago and I couldn't find it until now. It reminds me so dearly of you.I loved our conversations that would usually roll over into the next morning. I was extremely comfortable asking and talking to you about things that were occurring, from dating to grades and ratting out my parents. You always let us do things that were a little ahead of our time, like wearing high heels, riding four-wheelers, and driving. You also gave us a lot of candy, and soda- which was not exactly amusing to our mother as it was to us especially come time for bedtime and we were used to staying up all night with you. I'm glad I had the privilege of getting to know you and spend time with you. Love Always, Your Namesake.

grammal,

I miss you a lot. You weren't just my grammal, but my best friend. You taught me how to take pride in who i am and to speak up for myself. You pushed me through the tough situations with the spontanious things you'd do. I love you for teaching me so many techniques with painting, sewing, photography, and drawing. Things I'd probably lose interest in if you hadn't shown me that its more than just colors and a brush. I enjoyed playing hair madness with you on pogo, and watching different shows -even if they were cartoons. I will never forget the time you set the camera down and started dancing with me. Or the time I went to make you a tuna salad sandwich and put plain tuna with actual salad, on bread -instead of using the stuff inside the plastic container. I miss the nights we'd stay up late talking, but I know you're happy with Zoey and Grandpal. Chelsie reminds me so much of you. She nudges me every night and I end up staying up until two in the morning petting her. I'll hold her close in my thoughts of you. I love you, and hope there's plenty of trashcans.

"Earth hath no sorrows that heaven can't heal".
as I softly repeat it great comfort I feel.
And I long to reach out to those in the storm of
Sorrows dark night and point to the mourn, when joy will abound up there skies, as God gently wipes the tears from our eyes!
Oh then we'll see clearly the face we adore
And greet our dear loved ones who have gone
On before.
Gone every heart ache that we may feel;
For "earth hath no sorrows that heaven can't heal"!
