Nolan Stephen E. Nolan. A memorial service, celebrating the life of Stephen E. Nolan, age 69, of Hebron, will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 7 p.m. in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICE, 285 E. Main Street, Kirkersville with Pastor Bill Lyle officiating.Friends may call one hour prior to the memorial service, from 6-7 p.m. Military honors will be observed by the Licking County Veterans Alliance. Stephen was born in Zanesville, Ohio on May 13, 1947 to the late Forrest and Norma (Ewing) Nolan. He passed away at his residence on July 8, 2016. Stephen served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. He worked for A. R. Building Company in Lancaster. He was an animal lover, enjoyed golfing, fishing, photography, traveling and spending time with his family. Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Judith (Stritt) Nolan, whom he married January 17, 1981; son, Frederick (Christy) McNulty III; daughter, April (Serafino) Vaccaro; brother, Philip Nolan; sisters, Donna Nesselroad and Roxanne (Clyde Jr.) Dodson; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant son, and brother David Nolan. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Stephen to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr. SE, Heath, Ohio, 43056.
