Marvin B. Staggs

Staggs, Marvin B., 73, of Eureka, MO, passed away, Thursday, May 7, 2015 at his home. Marvin was born December 16, 1941 in East Prairie, MO where he went to school and graduated from New Madrid Country Central. In addition to his parents Maggie Williams and Ellis Staggs he was preceded in death by two sisters Wanda Hannah and Doris Provo and his brother Charles Staggs. He is survived by his beloved companion and friend Shirley Driskill, daughters Joanie, Laura and Lisa Staggs, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his twin brother Curtis Staggs of Benton, KY, brothers Bob Staggs and Jimmy Staggs of Desoto, MO, Robert Staggs of Poplar Bluff, MO, and Billy Staggs of Yakima, WA, along with two sisters Louis Marshall of Houston, TX and Phyllis White of Kewanee, MO, many relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Marvin retired from Chrysler Corporation and drove a school bus for Rockwood School District. He was a member at the Eagles in New Madrid, MO and a Charter Member at the Eureka-Pacific Elks for 34 years.

Services: Memorial service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home - Eureka, 108 N. Central Avenue, Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. Interment private. Memorial visitation Thursday 4:30 p.m. until time of memorial service. Friends may sign the family?s on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.
