Dear Hoffman Family,
Todd was remembered and honored at the Ohio Democratic Party dinner last Friday evening. That was the first I learned of his passing, and I want you to know how sorry I am. Todd was a hard worker and did a good job at ODP. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Hoffman Family,
I only recently learned of Todd's passing and wanted to be sure to extend my condolences. I will remember Todd as the last pair of eyes seen as we broke the huddle together during our highschool football years at Reynoldsburg. I know he'll be greatly missed.

Dan and Peggie, We are so sorry on the passing of Todd. We have fond memories of him during our times together at Reynoldsburg High School. He was always a great kid who would always do his best to please those around him, Friends, teammates, coaches and even those around him who just needed a lift. You could always count on Todd for a great effort and someone who whould attempt to do things the right way. The world will be a sadder place without him. Our heartfelt prayers and sympathy to the family. May god give you strength to rebuild your lives during these difficult times. We will keep Todd and the family in our prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. Todd was such a wonderful friend and will be dearly missed. Our days in high school will always be some of our greatest memories. The class of RHS 1995 was one of the best and Todd was part of what made it that. My prayers are with you.

This is all so sad and I am so sorry for your family - what a great guy! Although I lost touch with Todd, everyone's comments about Todd and the Hoffman family bring back memories. I'll always remember how Todd answered the phone by simply saying "hi"....which I think I later started doing... and I've told the story about him getting a speeding ticket on Graham Road the first day he got his license on our way to the homecoming dance. Lived very close to Todd growing up. I still remember him challenging me to make a basket from the edge of his driveway - nailing the shot and his face was priceless - great times as kids!! Later I came to know him as a great leader of men as he was Captain of my football team. We played several years of football together and he was a key player on the 1993 OCC Championship Team. God Love You Todd!!! You will be missed forever more and I will carry our memories with me the rest of my life.

Oh, I am so, so sorry. Todd was a joy to know and teach, so mature, intelligent, and wry for a high school senior. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. I can still see him strolling into the school coffee in hand and cowboy hat on head. Loved him.
