So sorry barb and family, Vic was someone I wish I'd known better. He was a person I admired for his work ethic and his determination. The short time I worked with him and at CMS racing showed me how big a character he was to deal with. The biggest short man I have ever seen!. 10 ordinary men can not fill his shoes. Prayers for all.

So thankful I had the opportunity to meet Vic during his times spent at the James. And happy to know that he had a peaceful time at Kobacker House. Hugs and prayers to all of those he left behind. Sending/wishing a sense of peace to all who knew and loved him, knowing that he is no longer in pain and struggling against this awful disease. Will definitely miss seeing his name "appear" on my daily list at work.

I want to send my deepest sympathy and prayers to all of the Tantarelli family I have know the Vic his parents siblings my whole life. When I was a little I called Vic my uncle.. I have so many wonderful memories of vic even them racing days at Columbus Motor Speedway in the 80's .. we would miss a race.. Man, what a huge personality and even bigger heart. Vic could hang with anyone, and no one could mess with him. He cherished his many deep friendships as we did his, had so much love and pride, and did very kind things for very ordinary people. Anyone who's ever vacationed with him or been his and Barb's guest for grilled steak and lobster knows what I'm talking about. A self-made success, sometimes surrounded by detractors, he remained forever and to the end determined, undeterred, and his own man. His departure leaves a void that can never be filled with anything but the memories we hold. We miss you, our most gracious host, travel planner, and bonsai run companion.

I'm very saddened to hear about the passing of Vic he and I met one another other a little over 30 years ago . He and I were the same age both of us were from Columbus and we both were young aspiring business owners I believe Vic graduated from Columbus Brookhaven and I from Columbus Central high school and could relate to one another. I liked Vic and his is strong word ethic. He and I could relate to one another and were cool. I was once many years ago welcomed as guest overnight at his home on a business trip from New York City to keep my promise that I'd come to see him. Over the years I do feel bad that he and I did not remain but I never forgot about him and shall always remember him as a friend my sincerely condolences to his family and all those that loved him.
