Virginia Jones Obituary

JONES Virginia Lucille Jones, age 92, of Circleville, died Monday, February 21, 2005, at Sunbridge Care & Rehabilitation Center in Circleville. She was born March 28, 1912 in Pickaway County, daughter of the late Sterley and Rose (Waidelich) Foreman. She was a member of the Community United Methodist Church where she was involved in the Rebecca Circle; member Circleville O.E.S. Lodge #90; and former member of the Berger Hospital Twig. Lucille was an excellent quilter and also enjoyed hand painting. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robin C. Jones; sons Kenneth and Jerry Jones; brothers Clarence and Stanley Foreman. She is survived by her sons, Robin (Beverly) Jones of West Lafayette, OH and Glen "Steve" (Pamela) Jones of Circleville; grandchildren Sheryl, James, Robin, Dwane, Lisa, and Erik; 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 25, 2005 at the Community United Methodist Church, 120 N. Pickaway St., Circleville, with Rev. Norman Wright officiating. Interment to follow at Harrison Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday with Eastern Star service at 7:30 p.m. at the DEFENBAUGH-WISE-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, 151 E. Main St., Circleville. Contributions can be made to the charity of choice in her memory.
