Rosemary, Debbie, Doug, Cindy & Johnny: Just a note of sympathy to all of you. I have many, many fond memories of your dad, as well as all of you. You all played a huge role in my childhood as neighbors and friends and those times bring a smile to my face. The trips to Lake Erie on your boat were always fun. I was thrilled to hear you were at Buckeye Lake and saddened our paths never crossed. So it is my hope that all your wonderful memories of your husband & dad will help you through the difficult days ahead. He was very special. I thank you for the memories.

I have many found memories of sharing time with Bill and Rosemary at Lake Erie as our family grew up in the boating world. P/C Bill was a great mentor, a major promoter of CS&PS and belived strongly in the goals of USPS. Bill had some many frields, I was privileged to know and work with Bill.
