William "Bill" Edward Reddy Jr., 55, of Thurston, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Pickering House. He was born on June 24, 1963 in Syracuse, NY to the late William Edward Reddy Sr. and the late Betty Gibbs. Bill was proud to be a Journeyman Lineman with IBEW Local 71. He was a proud husband, father and grandfather who cherished all the time he spent with his family. He loved sharing stories, making memories and was quite the jokester. Bill's larger-than-life personality and contagious laughter will be missed by all. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hanging out with friends, and going from adventure to adventure. He knew someone everywhere he went and always remembered your name. Bill is survived by his wife, Jackie Reddy; children, Will (Brittney) Reddy, Jeremy Britton, Candice (Michelle) Korbel, Jason (April) McCreary, and Brandon (Madalina) McCreary; ten grandchildren, Caitlyn, Willie, A.J., Allie, Caleb, Hunter, Hannah, Mya, Karlee, and Autumn. He is preceded in death by his parents Betty and Albert Gibbs, father William Edward Reddy Sr., sister Sandy (Sonny) Gotham and mother-in-law Nancy L. Julian. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 2-5 and 6-9 PM, and again on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 2-5 and 6-9 PM at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207, S. Main Street, Baltimore, OH, 43105. Per Bill's request, Caring Cremation will follow the visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Pickering House, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130, in Bill's memory.
