To the Family: I remember Mrs. Carsten from Church Street School many years ago. She was energetic, enthusiastic, always smiling and happy. Her involvement and participation in school activities were always appreciated. I know that she will be missed by all who knew her. My Regards to all! Cecil Weeks, Principal, Church Street School-1971-1987.
