Carolyn Pierce, 62, passed away Tues., Aug. 15, 2017.

Carolyn Pierce was born to U.S. and Janie Baskin June 20, 1955 in Chickasaw Co.

Carolyn was preceded in death by 1 son; Ben Smith, Jr., 2 sisters; Juanita Jones and Adie Johnson. 2 brothers; Scottie White and James Baskin. She was survived by her special friend; John Brown. 2 daughters Kimberly Pierce and Jennifer Brown all of West Point. 8 sisters; Ossie Bell White of East, St. Louis, Minnie Orr of Okolona, Margaret Johnson of Houston, Lois Lacey of Spring, Texas, Barbara Holliday of Okolona, Joan (Theodore) Moore of Tomball, Texas, Patricia (Jett) Marble of West Point, and Carolyn (Terry)Young of Aberdeen. 6 brothers; Larry Baskin of West Point, Charles White of St. Louis, Ill, JW Baskin of West Point, Donald Baskin of Houston, U.S. (Dorothy-Jean) Baskin, Jr. of West Point, Johnny (Debbie) Baskin of Woodland and 1 grandchild; Drayton Dobbs.

Visitation will be today, Fri., Aug. 25, 2017 from 3-6 p.m. at Williams Memorial. The service will be Sat., Aug. 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Plain MBC in Prairie. Burial will follow immediately after.

Williams Memorial was in charge of all arrangements.
