Our Marion Morrow: He loved God! He followed the family Bible teachings as well. I understand: Per 2 Timothy 4:7 (he has run his race.), and I understand: Per Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (A time for everything.) I admired our family member. (I will truly miss him my heart says.) I will miss our weekly calls (last talk, Mar 19th). Every other day, sometimes daily text. I am sorry he had to go. (From a young age, he nicknamed me Isabella. Sometimes, he called Isabelle. Had me answering from 1962-63 since I was 6, 7 years old.) He said because I used to talk to everybody, like an aunt of ours (my Great Aunt), and that I still do. In 1970, I was 14. On this particular trip from MS to Saint Louis, MO. He had a new car. I asked if I could drive it? He asked me, "Can you drive?" If course I can was my response. In my mind, I watched enough people. I drove slowly to the corner turned it, was all over the lanes, not staying in one lane (smile). He made me pull over. He said I would not drive his car again until I could show him a license (ha ha.). He always let me know he was in town or coming. I am pleased to have had him since I was born in 1956. (Though our weekly calls will end, along with every other day texts. I can still talk to all of the family.) So much laughter, jokes and knowledge, came from him. After all the parents,1st close cousins were gone, he looked out for all of us (their children). He did a great job! We are now becoming the Elders. May the Heavens open wide for you to move into your mansion. Thank you for being a part of my life.

Marion Morrow was my great Uncle. He was talkative, loving and a joking person. It was never a dull moment when he was around. Family functions will never be the same. He had he's own special relationship with all of he's nieces and nephews. He was a dedicated deacon and a faithful church member. He will be greatly missed.

I worked with Mr Morrow for over 20 years at the Tupelo police department. He was a good friend and mentor. I leaned many life lessons and understandings from his great common sense thinking. He was truly a good man who served his community well.
