Maurice Gibson Obituary
She is preceded in death by father and mother, Maynard and Annie Swinney, and sister, Ann Breland.
She is survived by son Clyde "Chip" Gibson, his wife Amanda and granddaughter Samantha; her sister, Helen Wilburn; nieces Heather and Jenny; and nephews Timothy and Chuck.
Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Pegues, Tupelo. Services honoring Maurice's life will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Jefferson Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park.

I had the pleasure of meeting Maurice in the late 1990's and was her hairstylist for several years. She was always so kind, encouraging, and interesting. We reconnected through Facebook a few years ago, and I was so happy to hear from her. I had no idea she was sick, and I'm so sorry for your loss.
