Patsy Jones Obituary
Funeral Services for Mrs. Jones were on Wednesday, December 7 in Hillsdale, Michigan with Pastor Bob Bonner officiating. Burial followed at the Lakeview Cemetery. Local arrangements were provided by The Ripley Funeral Home .
Born May 21, 1940 in Caruthersville, MO, she was the daughter of the late Clint and Addie Shirley Harrison. On November 28, 1959, Patsy married James W. Jones, who survives.
Mrs. Jones was employed in the Housekeeping Department at Hillsdale Hospital for 17 years before her retirement. She and her husband moved to Tippah County after her retirement . Mrs. Jones will be remembered for her love of gardening, attending area auctions and enjoying her pet cats.
Those also left to cherish her memory are 3 children, Rocky Jones (Deborah Smith), Kenneth Jones (Chris) and Deborah Robinson (Walter), a sister, Betty Thomas, a brother, Ernie Harrison, 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Jones was also preceded in death by a son James "Jimmy" Jones, a grandson, Casey Jones and brother, Nick Harrison.
