Born on November 13, 1916, in Starkville, MS to the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Samuel Moore, Mrs. Reagan grew up in Starkville on the Mississippi State Campus where her father was a professor whose work greatly enhanced the dairy industry in the southeast. Mrs. Reagan graduated from Mississippi State where she was a beauty and sang with the orchestra. After graduation she worked in Baton Rouge where she met and married her late husband, Michael Boughman Reagan. They later settled in Houston, Texas where she raised her family and was very active with the Chi Omega Sorority helping with the annual Chataqua fundraiser. She and her husband lived in Oxford while her husband managed Chambers Corporation from 1963-1967 and eventually settled in Oxford, MS after retirement in 1983. She was an accomplished bridge player, artist, mall walker, member of the Oxford Garden Club and Book Lovers Club. She was a member of the Oxford-University United Methodist Church where she and her sister, Frances, helped landscape the church grounds. She was active with the Oxford Tourism Council by hosting at "The Little House" next to City Hall and was a wonderful ambassador for Oxford.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Baughman Reagan, her brothers, Joseph Samuel Moore and John Thomas Moore, and her sister, Frances Moore Cartledge.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandy Gates and her husband, Bill, of Oxford, and Patty Tatum and her husband, Pat, of Oxford, her grandchildren, Christy Gates Miller of Memphis, TN and William Gates also of Memphis, Paige Tatum Sands of Seattle, WA, Melanie Moore Tatum Thompson of Oxford, and John Reagan Tatum of Austin, TX; six great grandchildren and her special loving caretakers Emma Malone, Tanice Upshaw, Ethel Goolsby, Debbie Kaufman and all the wonderful nurses and staff at the Hermitage Gardens.
