Glenna was the best mother a girl could ever ask for. She taught me that beauty wasnt only on the outside but also on the inside at such a young age, because I could see the beauty within her every time I looked at her. I hold all the memories I have with her so close to my heart, because I dont ever want to forget such an amazing woman. She was so kind, so loving, and so comforting; not only to me, but to everyone. She gave the best hugs and she had the prettiest smile. I miss her everyday. Not a day goes by where my heart doesnt ache for her. Overall, Im thankful that I was born into the world with such a loving mother. Im thankful I knew her, and that I still remember her.

Glenna was not only my cousin but also my best friend. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her. I remember all the special times we shared together.I remember her smile, that could light up a room, her beautiful blue eyes and her soft spoken words of encouragement she often gave me. Glenna will be forever missed and will always be in my heart. Rest in piece my beautiful cousin. Love your cousin Nat-Nat!

My good friend Les,

I had just heard of the news. I will lift you in special prayer so that the Lord will comfort your heart and ease the pain. Though we don't always understand why God does or allows things to happen the way they do, be comforted in that ALL things work for good, for those who trust and love in the Lord.

A blow such as this, no doubt, is a test like none other. And, a very, very dear Brother in the Lord told me, once, that there are only two positions a child of God should ever be in, and that is: 1) up; OR 2) getting up. For this dear Brother in the Lord ... Isaiah 59:19(b) When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. ... AND, He cares for you, my Brother ... AND so do I. God bless! ~Bobby [email protected]

Glenna Elizabeth, my baby girl, I love you more than you will ever know. You were such a sweet and loving little one as you were growing up and I remember all the moments we shared together, staying up late sometimes, just me and you sharing laughter and just spending some time together. My prayers are with the family and friends left behind and I pray that the LORD will lift everyone up and help through this difficult time. A child should never go before a parent, and I just found out about your leaving on Wednesday, April 6th, 2011. I tried all I knew to do to contact you over time, and did not succeed. I've never known this kind of pain. My baby is gone. My heart is breaking.
Here is a short poem that is appropriate:
*Whatever your cross, whatever your pain,
there will always be sunshine, after the rain!

*Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall;
But God's always ready, to answer your call!

*He knows every heartache, sees every tear,
a word from His lips, can calm every fear!
We spoke of God's love and His Word often when Haley was born and several times afterwards for over a year. You were the apple of my eye, and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to tell you many times! Beyond and above the clouds, the sun is always shinning! I pray that the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ, will grant peace to everyone who knew Glenna and remember that in spite of ourselves, HE loves us unconditionally, as a Dad loves his daughter.

Glenna I loved you like a sister, Even tho our lives had gone in separate ways, I will forever remember you in my heart and the way we used to hang out and tan on my trampoline, singing as loud as we could to the radio(even tho we sometimes didn't know the words)and our horrible 5th grade perms we got together. You always had a smile on your face. R.I.P. My dear sister. I love you.

Glenna,
Thank you for being such a dear, sweet friend in our early years. As we got older, we grew further apart because of our separate paths. I wished that I had been closer to you. My heart goes out to your family in hopes that they will have the strenght to carry on knowing that we will all see you again someday. May your family be blessed in their road ahead. Love, Ashley Hodges Koestler
