Luis Galvan Gomez Obituary
He was born November 17, 1997 the beloved son of Jaime Galvan and Martha. He moved to Dodge City as an infant from Mexico. He graduated from Dodge City High School. He loved spending time with his family. He was a Supra car guy and loved the New Orleans Saints and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
He was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City.
He and Maritza were high school sweethearts and married January 26, 2019 in Dodge City.
He leaves behind his parents, Dodge City; 4 brothers, Jesus Galvan, Jaime Galvan, Alexander Galvan and Omar Galvan all of Dodge City; his grandfather, Juan Galvan, Mexico and Raquel Renteria, Mexico; his niece, Bellatrice Galvan; and several uncles and cousins. He will be cherished in the memories of all his loved ones and close friends.
He was welcomed in heaven by his grandmother, Maria Guadalupe Vasquez and his grandfather, Jesus Gomez.
Vigil service will be 7:00 pm Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Friday at the church with Fr. Wesley Schawe presiding. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. Visitation will be noon to 7:00 pm Thursday at the church.
The family suggests memorials to the Luis and Maritza Galvan Memorial Fund in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801. Condolences may be sent to www.zieglerfuneralchapel.com.

I hope you and your beautiful wife are at rest now. I know you guys found eachother in heaven and fell in love all over again. So much love to the family, I am so sorry about the whole situation. I hope everyone finds their peace and comfort they need.
