MARVEL SALEM Obituary

MARVEL SALEM Marvel (Collins) Salem passed away April 26, 2025 in Dodge City Hospital. Marvel was born to Marvin and LaVerna Collins on Nov. 28, 1943. She was 81 years old. Marvel graduated from Dodge City Senior High in 1961. She married Jim Salem Sept. 24, 1961. He preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters Tina Salem and Denise Zuenger; two sons Steven Salem (Sandra Grizzel) and Paul Salem; two sisters Jewell Perkins and Penny Smith; one brother Boyd Collins; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister Bonnie Gary and Marvel's parents; two brothers-in-law Ron Perkins and Glenn Gary; two nephews Randy Perkins and Chris Collins. Funeral services are pending by Ziegler Funeral Home in Dodge City.
