I met Scott and Nancy when they became neighbors in Rochester Hills, Mi in 1985. He loved life, his family and friends. I count myself very fortunate to have been able to spend many great times with Scott. Whether it was skiing, scuba diving or just hanging out, Scott was always going strong. He was the most positive person I ever knew. I will miss him.

Scott will always be a great friend as well as a business collegue. Our initial relationship was business but what I learned and always admired was his humility, graciousness, comraderary, and respect for everyone. We worked together but together with his lovely Nancy he and my wife Claudia shared many pleasant times. I feel so blessed that Scott and Nancy Isaacson have been a part of my life.. Scott's spirit will always be with me.

Working with and then for Scott was a highlight in my Wausau Insurance career. His leadership style allowed for autonomy yet just the right amount of guidance when needed.
Too many "Scott" stories to tell. They will always bring a smile to my face.

Scott's integrity, passion, compassion and patience were hallmarks of what he brought to life each day and to his insurance career. There couldn't have been a better fit with the Wells Fargo culture...Scott represents the cream of the cream! While we will undoubtedly continue to miss him, his influence on so many people that he worked with and the impact he had on the entire insurance community lives on. I am honored to have had the opportunity to know and work with Scott. Prayers to his family...let the fabulous memories make you smile!

Scott was my cousin. He was 4 yrs older than me, but I remember water skiing & snow skiing together. He was always happy and had a big smile :-) When we all grew up, I always looked up to him!

If I had to describe Scott in a single word, it would be "goodness". I had the opportunity to work with Scott and learn from him for nine years and he always found the goodness in every person and every situation. There are countless professionals who owe at least a part of their success and skill set to Scott. Sending love and strength to Nancy and family.

Scott was a true gem of a person and executive. I had the privilege of working with him these past seven years and am so grateful for the example he shared with our office. His professional approach to making sure everyone felt part of the team, the importance of people being mentors to each other and his stature as a WFIS father figure is a legacy that will truly be missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Scott for over 20 years. He was always a very wise and kind person that could get his point across effectively yet respectfully. He always took time for anyone needing his assistance and I will forever carry forward the lessons I learned from him of wisdom and kindness. I also admire the way he fought so corageously when many others would've just given up. Scott, I will miss you. lillie
