Shirley Pfundtner Obituary
Of Waupaca, age 62, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Crystal River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Sturgeon Bay on July 15, 1952 to the late William and Marcella Goll. On July 10, 1976 she married Mark Pfundtner. Shirley and her husband Mark are elders of Victory Church. She retired from Crystal River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after 21 years as an LPN and later as a social worker.
She will be sadly missed by her husband: Mark; daughters: Jennifer (Robert) Jones, Heather (David) Reh, Faith (Kirk) Hanna, grandchildren: Lucas and Carson Jones, siblings: Pat (Norb) Lenius, Sandie (Dick) Beschta, Robert (Betty) Goll, father-in-law: Paul Pfundtner, brothers and sisters-in-law: Wendy Pfundtner, Peter Pfundtner, Steve (Karen) Pfundtner, Lynn Pfundtner, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Mary Ann Pfundtner.
The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 12 p.m. at Victory Church, E3443 Apple Tree Lane, Waupaca. There will be a visitation on Saturday at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements. If you are able to wear blue to Shirley's funeral please do, it was her favorite color. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Crystal River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their special care.
